You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all outputs before relying on them.

PromptRecon does not guarantee:

• Error-free results
• Improved performance in every AI model
• Suitability for regulated, legal, financial, medical, or high-risk use cases
• That generated prompts will be safe or compliant in every context

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to submit content that:

• You do not have the right to use
• Contains sensitive personal data without a lawful basis
• Contains passwords, secrets, API keys, or confidential information
• Violates laws or third-party rights
• Is abusive, harmful, illegal, or malicious
• Attempts to exploit, attack, or misuse the service

You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, outputs, and use of the service.

4. No Professional Advice

PromptRecon does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, or professional advice. Any analysis provided by the service is for informational purposes only.

5. Accounts and Access

If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the service.

6. Plans, Billing, and Usage Limits

PromptRecon may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans, usage limits, features, and pricing may change over time.

If billing is enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Subscription terms will be shown at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

PromptRecon, including its branding, interface, design, software, and service features, is owned by PromptRecon or its licensors.

You retain ownership of prompts and content you submit, subject to the rights needed for PromptRecon to process that content and provide the service.

8. Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow PromptRecon to use them without restriction or compensation.

9. Third-Party Services

PromptRecon may rely on third-party services, including AI model providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptRecon is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptRecon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PromptRecon harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PromptRecon after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
